Resolved - 03:31 – Ett automatiskt larm löste ut eftersom servern ds1850 inte gick att nå. Problemen berodde på ett generellt fel hos serverleverantören med den underliggande VMware/VPS-plattformen.

Vi lyckades genomföra en återställning från backup, men den senaste tillgängliga backupen var ca 24 timmar gammal.

06:30 var servern åter i drift. Tyvärr har all data från de senaste 24 timmarna gått förlorad, inklusive inkomna e-postmeddelanden, e-post i kö och ändringar på webbsidor och i databaser.

En mer utförlig incidentrapport kommer förmedlas till berörda kunder senast fredag 12 september.
